- On call 24 hours a day for property emergencies.
- All tenants have a property manager they can contact 24 hours a day 7 days a week in the event of an emergency.
- Scheduling repairs and annual maintenance.
- In addition to repairs, we also create an annual maintenance schedule specific to each property that includes furnace inspections, Driveway sealcoating, Gutter cleanouts, dryer vent cleaning and more depending on each property’s specific needs.
